01 ABOUT

IMG_1743.JPG

A design leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovative, brand-focused solutions across the hospitality, commercial, and retail industries. I bring a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, guiding complex projects from concept through completion, and delivering spaces that seamlessly balance functionality, brand identity, and customer experience.

Throughout my career, I have directed design initiatives for globally recognized brands including Safeway, Kona Grill, Fogo de Chão, Jack in the Box, Sprouts, Red Robin, KFC, Velvet Taco, Mina Group, 7-Eleven’s Laredo Taco, Mastro’s Steak 48, and numerous airport food and beverage concepts. My portfolio also includes large-scale fitness clubs, specialty retail environments, and luxury dining spaces, consistently executed to meet both business objectives and design excellence.

I am proud to have achieved measurable results across my projects: accelerating multi-unit restaurant rollouts, increasing client sales through brand-driven design, reducing project costs through strategic sourcing, expanding portfolios, improving operational workflows to boost staff efficiency, and mentoring teams of up to 12 designers to deliver high-performing, cohesive results.

Known for strategic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative leadership, I align design direction with organizational goals while fostering creative, high-performing teams. I work closely with executives, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution, balancing creative vision with operational realities.

Originally from Serbia, I bring a global perspective to every project I take on. I love immersing myself in new cultures, getting lost in a good book, and traveling—Paris is my absolute favorite, where the architecture, language, food, and fashion make my heart skip a beat. I thrive on fashion, savoring delicious meals, and sharing great moments with wonderful company. Life in the city energizes me, and I’m rarely without my adorable, ever-stylish Shih Tzu, Cloe, who keeps me grounded and inspires my creativity every day.

My leadership philosophy centers on empowering designers, maintaining design integrity, and elevating the client and guest experience through every project, creating environments that inspire connection, elevate experience, and drive business success.
